The Role: What YOU will be doing at Conscia:
- Support the People & Culture Director to deliver the People strategy.
- Support the People & Culture Director with ER cases and provide suitable advice to managers.
- Responsible for the maintenance, regular updates, change requests, and flows implementation of the Group HR platform (HiBob) as well as providing relevant training and promoting adoption with employees.
- Keep up to date with the latest UK Employment Law regulations and work with the People & Culture Director to regularly review, update, and develop policies to ensure compliance.
- Maintain the suite of document templates, e.g., employment contracts, variation to contract letters, end of probation, terminations/resignations, etc. Ensure they are kept up to date, relevant, and in line with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Generate employment contracts and variations to contracts in line with authorised management requests.
- Run HR induction sessions for new employees.
- Promptly address employees’ HR queries.
- Support the People & Culture Director to provide any payroll changes/updates for the monthly payroll sign-off calls with the Finance Team.
- Assist in the HR processes, including starters and leavers, employment checks, induction, mandatory/other training, probationary period review, performance and development review, maternity/paternity/shared parental leave, flexible working requests, absence management.
- Lead and manage all recruitment activity, ensuring good governance around recruitment processes, supporting managers with recruitment admin and leading on cultural fit interviewing.
- Run the half-yearly review processes via HiBob.
- Attend regular meetings with the wider Group People & Culture team to implement group HR initiatives as well as influencing and sharing best practices.
- Manage the administration of the full range of employees’ benefits in collaboration with the Finance Team.
- Run regular people analytics and reports from HiBob to be shared with the Finance Team as well as Group.
- Work with the ESG & Communications Manager to develop and implement ESG, social, and wellbeing initiatives.
