Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: Belfast, Derry/Londonderry or Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: £28,000–£32,000 (depending on experience) About Conscia Talent At Conscia Talent, we don't just fill jobs – we help build organisations. This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of our recruitment team. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and directly service one of our key accounts, supporting their growing recruitment function across the US, Poland and Ireland. At least 2 year's experience in recruitment coordination, HR, administration or a fast-paced operations role. Strong written and spoken English and excellent communication skills. A proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to meet deadlines, taking ownership to ensure nothing slips. You'll support the delivery of recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, candidates and interview panels. Maintain accurate candidate information, interview notes and recruitment stages within the ATS. Act as a key point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Help produce recruitment reports and keep visibility on pipeline activity and hiring progress. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.
