About Conscia Talent

At Conscia Talent, we don't just fill jobs – we help build organisations. We partner with many of the Republic of Ireland's leading public sector bodies, alongside a growing portfolio of private sector clients, delivering recruitment campaigns that make a real difference.

About the Role

This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of our recruitment team. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and directly service one of our key accounts, supporting their growing recruitment function across the US, Poland and Ireland.

If you're proactive, thrive on variety and enjoy working with people, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has:

  • At least 2 year's experience in recruitment coordination, HR, administration or a fast-paced operations role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and spoken English and excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence using technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine \"get things done\" mindset.
  • A proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to meet deadlines, taking ownership to ensure nothing slips.
  • Strong judgement, common sense and a willingness to take ownership.
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Comfort working with people across different countries, cultures and time zones.

What You'll Do

You'll support the delivery of recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, candidates and interview panels.

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple calendars, time zones and interview panels.
  • Manage candidate and interviewer communications, ensuring everyone knows what's happening and when.
  • Chase interview feedback and proactively identify bottlenecks that could slow the hiring process.
  • Support internal and external recruiters across the US, Poland and Ireland with day-to-day coordination and administration.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information, interview notes and recruitment stages within the ATS.
  • Support the handover from offer acceptance through to onboarding, working closely with the People team.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Help produce recruitment reports and keep visibility on pipeline activity and hiring progress.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.

What We Offer

In return, you'll enjoy:

  • Hybrid working from our Belfast, Derry/Londonderry or Dublin offices.
  • A supportive, high-performing team with genuine flexibility and trust.
  • A varied role with responsibility from day one.
  • 21 days' annual leave plus public holidays.
  • Discretionary Christmas office closure.
  • Company bonus scheme following successful completion of probation.
  • Ongoing training and development.

If you're exceptionally organised, enjoy making things happen and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.
