About the Role
This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of our recruitment team. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and directly service one of our key accounts, supporting their growing recruitment function across the US, Poland and Ireland.

We're looking for someone who has
- At least
2 year's experience in recruitment coordination, HR, administration or a fast-paced operations role.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and spoken English and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence using technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine \"get things done\" mindset.
- A proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to meet deadlines, taking ownership to ensure nothing slips.
- Strong judgement, common sense and a willingness to take ownership.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
- Comfort working with people across different countries, cultures and time zones.
What You'll Do
You'll support the delivery of recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, candidates and interview panels.
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple calendars, time zones and interview panels.
- Manage candidate and interviewer communications, ensuring everyone knows what's happening and when.
- Chase interview feedback and proactively identify bottlenecks that could slow the hiring process.
- Support internal and external recruiters across the US, Poland and Ireland with day-to-day coordination and administration.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, interview notes and recruitment stages within the ATS.
- Support the handover from offer acceptance through to onboarding, working closely with the People team.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Help produce recruitment reports and keep visibility on pipeline activity and hiring progress.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.
