Imagine a role where no two days are the same. One morning you’re sourcing high-calibre candidates on LinkedIn, the next you’re hosting a client webinar, and by the afternoon you’re coordinating interviews for a senior public sector appointment. You’re the person who keeps all the moving parts running smoothly, solves problems before they become problems, and makes the team and clients wonder how they ever managed without you.

At Conscia Talent, we connect exceptional people with roles that matter – from senior public sector appointments to high-growth scale-up hires. With a 98% fill rate, CPSA approval, and a Work Happy culture we’re proud of, we’re looking for a highly organised, can-do Recruitment Coordinator to be the engine behind our recruitment success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Keeping recruitment campaigns running seamlessly – from job postings to interview coordination.
  • Sourcing amazing candidates on LinkedIn and beyond using smart search strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with client contacts at all levels.
  • Managing candidate pipelines with fairness, transparency, and precision.
  • Briefing panel members and notetakers, taking razor-sharp interview notes and safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Organising and supporting client-facing webinars and online events.
  • Providing admin excellence and process efficiency that keeps everything on track.

What we’re looking for (Essential Criteria):

  • At least 2 years’ experience in fast-paced admin, recruitment, or HR support (public sector experience a bonus).
  • Proven ability to manage 5+ concurrent recruitment campaigns or similar client projects without missing deadlines.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and build lasting professional relationships.
  • Expert plate-spinner who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and stays focused.
  • Tech-savvy – confident using ATSs, CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, and virtual meeting tools, and quick to pick up new systems.
  • Strong written skills – e.g., producing accurate interview notes within 24 hours of completion.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do mindset and commitment to high standards.

Why you’ll love it here:

  • A genuinely supportive and ambitious team.
  • Hybrid working with flexibility and trust.
  • Opportunities to upskill, innovate, and shape your role as we grow.

Apply by 5pm, Monday 23rd March 2026 – by attaching your CV highlighting how you meet the essential criteria and why you are the perfect fit for this role.
