What will I be doing?

  • Regular training
  • Ensure all food preparation meets standards
  • Prepare and present high quality food
  • Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a fine dining restaurant, Michelin experience preferred.
  • Ability and desire to motivate Team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work on own or in teams
