Under the strategic guidance of a renowned consultant chef, we are seeking a Head Chef who will lead the kitchen into this next chapter, bringing creativity, precision, and strong leadership to deliver an exceptional culinary experience. What will I be doing?

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the kitchen, driving both operational excellence and culinary innovation. You will:

  • Lead all aspects of the kitchen operation, including food quality, service delivery, and team performance
  • Translate strategic culinary direction into a consistent, high-quality guest experience
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
  • Manage resources effectively to meet business demands while maintaining the highest standards of preparation and presentation
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and legislative requirements
  • Control costs and deliver against financial targets without compromising quality

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Head Chef who combines technical excellence with strong leadership capability and a forward-thinking mindset. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
  • Exposure to elevated South Asian cuisine and a strong understanding of complex spices and flavour profiles

  • A positive, engaging leadership style that actively enhances the team culture, promoting collaboration, respect, and a consistently high-performance environment
