We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer and Energy for Business team to support a wide range of sales and marketing activities that bring our campaigns to life and build the Conrad Energy brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience across the full marketing mix – from campaign planning and delivery, to agency management, budgeting, direct marketing, CRM and more. You’ll play a key part in shaping how we reach and engage our audiences as we grow.

The role: What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of sales and marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, print and events
- Monitoring campaign results and helping track ROI
- Developing and maintaining highly targeted marketing lists for direct campaigns
- Keeping our Salesforce CRM system clean, up-to-date and working smoothly
- Setting up email marketing campaigns in Salesforce
- Co-ordination of on- and off-line events
- Assisting with marketing budgets and financial processes, such as raising purchase orders and tracking spend
- Helping brief and manage our external agencies and suppliers
- Coordinating internal communications and liaising with stakeholders across the business
- General team administration
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- A keen interest in marketing and the energy sector
- A degree (ideally in marketing, business or communications – but not essential)
- A confident communicator – written and verbal
- Someone highly organised with a great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Ideally 6+ months of work experience (internships, placements or part-time roles all count)
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems would be a bonus but isn’t essential
