The role
As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with day‑to‑day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Managing employee records and maintaining the HR database (Cezanne) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Assisting with payroll administration, benefits enrolment, and other employee‑related queries.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking employee participation.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of HR communications, policies, and company updates.
- Handling general HR inquiries and directing employees to the appropriate resources.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required, such as employee engagement programmes and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and best HR practices.

- Previous administrative experience.
