This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to join a successful, close-knit team with a strong pipeline of work and genuine opportunities for career progression. You'll take a hands-on role delivering a broad range of building surveying and project consultancy services, working across sectors including public sector, residential and housing, education, healthcare, commercial and insurance. This is more than a project delivery role.

You'll have the opportunity to develop client relationships, win new work, mentor junior surveyors and play a key role in the continued growth of the London team.

The RoleAs an Associate Building Surveyor, you will: Deliver a wide range of building surveying services, with a strong project-focused biasLead projects from inception through to completionCoordinate multidisciplinary design teams and internal technical resourcesBuild and develop strong, long-term client relationshipsIdentify opportunities and contribute to business development and winning new workManage, supervise and mentor junior members of the teamReview technical work to ensure consistently high standardsManage your own workload, programmes and project prioritiesContribute to the financial management and forecasting of projectsAbout YouWe're looking for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor with consultancy experience and a genuine ambition to progress.

You should have: MRICS qualificationStrong consultancy-based Building Surveying experienceExcellent technical knowledge across building surveying and project workExperience working with public sector clients would be advantageousStrong project management and client-facing skillsCommercial awareness and an appetite for business developmentExperience mentoring or managing junior staffExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage your own workload and work with minimal supervisionA proactive, analytical and solutions-focused approachWhy Join?
