An established and expanding structural engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a talented Structural Design Engineer to join its London team. With a healthy pipeline of work and several recent project wins, this is an exciting opportunity for an engineer looking to build on their existing experience and progress within a growing practice.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ structural engineering experience, gained within a UK consultancy, and a strong understanding of the design of building structures. Working across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality, logistics and mixed-use developments, the role offers excellent exposure to projects from initial concept through to detailed design and construction.

Candidates should be confident undertaking structural analysis and design, preparing calculations and technical information, and working collaboratively with architects, clients and other engineering disciplines. Experience with common structural design software and a good working knowledge of relevant British Standards and Eurocodes would be expected.

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required, with candidates working towards Chartered status with IStructE or ICE particularly welcomed.
