This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS or MCIOB Chartered Surveyor looking for greater autonomy, a varied commercial workload and genuine career progression within a supportive and growing business.
The Role Working from home with a survey patch tailored to your location, you'll deliver a broad range of professional commercial building surveying services across multiple sectors.
Your workload will include: Commercial Building Surveys Dilapidations Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Surveys Contract Administration Schedules of Condition Acquisition Surveys Technical Due Diligence You'll work alongside an experienced national team of Building Surveyors and Structural Engineers while enjoying the flexibility to manage your own diary.
A dedicated administration team supports report preparation, reducing paperwork and allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality surveying services.
