Overview
In this Architect role you contribute to the design, development and delivery of diverse projects within a design-led, multidisciplinary studio. You’ll grow through exposure to multiple RIBA stages and increasing responsibility in a collaborative environment. The practice focuses on country homes, residential developments, leisure, heritage and landscape-led masterplanning, offering a flexible hybrid work model in a waterside Skipton studio. You’ll develop technical knowledge while shaping high-quality, thoughtful architecture.

Responsibilities
- Support design and delivery across a range of RIBA work stages
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical packages and construction information
- Coordinate architectural information with consultants and wider design team
- Learn UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and technical standards
- Attend and contribute to client, consultant and project coordination meetings
- Assist with planning, technical design and project delivery through to completion
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues to resolve design and technical challenges
- Maintain a high standard of design quality throughout the delivery process
- Take on increasing levels of project responsibility as experience grows
- Contribute to a friendly, collaborative multidisciplinary studio
Key requirements
- Qualified Architect with approximately 1-3 years' post-qualification experience
- ARB registered or eligible for registration
- Experience in UK architectural practice
- Strong technical design and construction knowledge
- Developing knowledge of UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Exposure to multiple RIBA stages is advantageous
- Good communication, coordination and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to continue learning
