Planner

b Overview /b p In this role you will develop, maintain and monitor project programmes for a major Edinburgh development. You’ll work with construction, commercial and operations teams to keep the project on programme and mitigate delays. This is a senior planning position on a large-scale project with cross-functional collaboration. You will shape delivery strategies and provide regular updates to stakeholders, contributing to the project’s success and the firm’s development objectives. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li car allowance /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Asta Powerproject /li li Monitor progress against milestones and agreed programmes /li li Coordinate programme activities across multiple workstreams and contractors /li li Work with site, commercial and project teams to ensure effective delivery /li li Identify delays and risks and develop mitigation strategies /li li Provide regular programme updates and reports to stakeholders /li li Attend programme and progress meetings /li li Support planning, sequencing and delivery strategy across the project /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience as a Planner or Senior Planner in construction /li li Proven experience with Asta Powerproject /li li Strong knowledge of construction planning, sequencing and programme management /li li Experience on large-scale or complex construction projects /li li Ability to analyse programmes, identify risks and develop mitigations /li li Strong communication and stakeholder management /li li Proactive, organised and commercially aware /li li Primavera P6 experience advantageous but not essential /li /ul ul li Strong communication /li li Stakeholder management /li li Proactive approach /li li Asta Powerproject /li li Primavera P6 (advantageous) /li li programme management /li /ul
