As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be embedded across a varied portfolio of contractor-led infrastructure works, providing both traditional commercial management and broader strategic support across live and pre-construction projects. You will have involvement in:
- Cost planning and budget control
- Applications, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Commercial reporting and forecasting
- Subcontract procurement and account management
- Contract administration under NEC / JCT forms
- Risk management and value recovery
- Change management and commercial problem solving
- Supporting claims, delays and dispute-related matters

About You
We're looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor with the confidence to manage core commercial responsibilities while also embracing the broader strategic and problem-solving side of consultancy services. You will ideally have:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Previous experience within infrastructure, civils, utilities, rail or contractor-led construction
- Strong NEC or JCT contractual knowledge
- Experience with subcontractor accounts, valuations and cost reporting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, solutions-led and ambitious approach
