Key Responsibilities of the Senior/Associate Building Surveyor:
- Delivering professional and technical advice to clients across both the private and public sectors
- Managing and coordinating building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and project management
- Developing and maintaining client relationships while also identifying new business opportunities
- Attending site inspections and providing technical reports
- Taking an active role in business development, including attending client meetings, networking events, and social occasions
- Supporting junior team members and helping to develop the broader surveying team
Requirements of the Senior/Associate Building Surveyor:
- MRICS qualification with proven experience in building surveying
