I am delighted to be supporting a household name in the Scottish market in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Glasgow team. My client currently has circa 30 like-minded quantity surveyors in the team and due to an increased workload requires additional support in the form of a Quantity Surveyor.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience with a hunger to progress their career. It would be highly advantageous if you had experience from a construction consultancy environment. You should already be on the APC pathway and will receive full training and support from dedicated RICS councillors.
My client works across a variety of sectors which will give you a varied and exciting workload. These sectors include but are not exclusive to, Data Centres, Industrial, Student Accommodation, Commercial and Education.
On offer for the Quantity Surveyor:
- Basic salary of between £35,000 to £45,000
- 25 days annual leave plus public holiday
- Full APC training and support
- 5% pension contributions
