If you’re an Associate Quantity Surveyor looking to make that progression in your career or whether you are already an Associate Director from a quantity surveying background who fancies a change of scenery, then look no further than this role.
We are currently looking for an Associate Director to fill a permanent opening with a company located in the City Centre of Glasgow, only a 5 minute walk from the nearest commuter links. Interested candidates will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of projects such as Education, Build to Rent, PBSA, Commercial, Defence, Healthcare and Industrial to name a few.
The successful candidate will be carrying out the full spectrum of pre-contract and post-contract services for new and existing clients from inception to completion.
A proven track record in business development and securing repeat and new business would see you on the route to Director.
Requirements of the Associate Director
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Able to work on own or managing a team for project deliverables as project dictates
- At least 7-10 years experience within a construction consultancy with provable technical delivery experience
- Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public-sector clients
- Confident, client facing and keen to develop client relationship
- Solid technical competence and service delivery

- The position has an attractive salary between £70,000 - £75,000
