The RoleYou'll be a key player in delivering a major national development programme across multiple sites for one of their flagship clients - while also getting stuck into a broader mix of commercial projects. Day-to-day, you'll be: Leading an established team within a multi-disciplinary environmentTaking projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completionCoordinating design information across the team and keeping everything movingWorking directly with main contractors and sub-contractor teamsAttending design team meetings and managing drawing pack updates and issuesWhat They're Looking ForYou'll be a confident, capable Architectural Technologist who's comfortable both running the show and rolling up your sleeves as part of a wider delivery team.
