Well, this could be the chance of a lifetime!Conrad Consulting has great plans to expand both our London and USA operations, and we are looking for a talented senior recruitment consultant who will, initially, be based in London for 6-12 months with a view to relocation to Orlando, once you have established yourself and proven what you can do.
You will work within the civil & structural engineering team in London, establishing and maintaining a 360 desk, taking ownership of clients and candidates and demonstrating a skillset that includes client liaison, candidate resourcing and excellent negotiating.
Once you have established your desk in London and hit your targets, you will be given the opportunity to relocate to Orlando.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is target focused, driven to succeed who has a genuine interest in ultimately relocating abroad.
You will join a high performing team who operate collaboratively, enjoying their mutual success.
On offer is a competitive salary and uncapped commission.
Whilst working in London you will be given the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week and enjoy a clear, structured path to relocation and building your career in Orlando, USA.
