Conrad Consulting is expanding, and we are seeking a senior consultant to join the team in our new London office to enhance our presence in the city. You will be given the opportunity to work within the civil & structural, architecture or mechanical & electrical team. Experience in these sectors is not vital as training will be given, but experience as a senior consultant is required.
You will be capable of establishing your own desk, carrying out a 360 role to include business development and candidate resourcing. You will have excellent client liaison skills and will be an experienced candidate resourcer, who can manage every aspect involved in making a placement.
About you:
- Previous experience as senior recruitment consultant
- Proven track record of building a sustainable desk and evidence of successful billing
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Driven, target-focused individual with a genuine willingness to succeed
