This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS Building Surveyor to work with prestigious clients across commercial, retail and education property portfolios, delivering a broad range of professional and project-based surveying services. The role offers a varied workload, combining professional building surveying, project delivery, client management and business development, with the opportunity to support and mentor junior members of the team. The RoleAs a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for: Providing professional building surveying advice to key clients. Managing projects from inception through to completion. Undertaking condition surveys and defect analysis. Developing project briefs with clients and senior colleagues. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Assisting with project financial management. MRICS qualified with a Building Surveying background. Experienced in professional building surveying. Experienced across commercial, retail or education property. Confident dealing directly with clients and managing projects. Experienced with JCT contract administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office. In possession of a full UK driving licence and willing to travel when required.
