Responsibilities will include design development and review, project coordination, resource and programme management, fee proposals and supporting the commercial performance of projects.There will also be a strong emphasis on mentoring engineers, developing technical capability and contributing to the growth of the wider practice.Candidates should be Chartered with ICE, IStructE or an equivalent professional institution, hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have 8+ years' relevant experience.Strong technical and project management skills are essential, alongside proven experience in client management, design development and leading engineering teams.
