You'll work on complex, high-impact schemes and play a key part in delivering spaces that make a real difference to people's lives.
The roleLead and manage from inception through to completion in Healthcare or Science and Lab projectsWork closely with clients, consultants and contractors to develop sustainable design solutions that meet client needs and budgets.
Use Revit and other relevant software to produce accurate, detailed drawings and models.
Carry out feasibility studies and site and building evaluations and produce comprehensive reports.
Oversee construction works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, budgets and regulations.
Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth.
About youRIBA Part 3 qualified, with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience.
Extensive experience delivering Healthcare or Science and Lab projects (such as hospitals, clinical facilities, laboratories and research buildings).Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of the building codes, standards and regulations relevant to Healthcare or Science and Lab design. A proven ability to lead and manage projects, with experience overseeing a design team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, creative environment.
