Our client are one of Liverpools most well-known Architecture studios.
They have a long history in the area and are home to a number of experienced, qualified Architectural professionals.
They are looking for experienced professionals to join their team to work on a number of exciting new projects ready to kick off in 2025.
Typically, projects you will encounter here can range from multi-unit Residential schemes through to Commercial workplace.
They are particularly proud of the projects they have in the pipeline for the year ahead.
They are looking for people to share their passion and to truly embrace the culture and prestige of these exciting new developments.
Their Liverpool, head-office is home to around 30 members of staff.
They have ambitious plans to grow the office in accordance with the new projects recently commissioned.
Please refer to the criteria below on this Project Architect vacancy. * ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect - Approx 2-8 years post-qualification experience. * Ability to be a self-starter and self-motivator. * Experience working as part of a small-medium design team. * Proven experience within the Residential sector (High-rise, multi-unit, housing, masterplanning). * Ability with REVIT would be an advantage, but is not essential.
