You will have excellent client liaison skills and will be an experienced candidate resourcer, who can manage every aspect involved in making a placement.About you:Previous experience as recruitment consultant, preferably within civil & structural engineering sectorProven track record of building a sustainable desk and evidence of successful billingStrong business development and client relationship management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilityDriven, target-focused individual with a genuine willingness to succeedIn return Conrad Consulting can offer a highly competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, hybrid working (2 days wfh per week) and a clear career path.
