Project Manager – Data Centres50,000 - 65,000PermanentCentral London, LondonEnergyData CentresConrad Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join a team delivering projects for a data centre client in London.This opportunity would suit a project management professional with experience delivering data centre projects or working within technically complex environments, including utilities, power, substations or complex MEP fit-outs.The RoleYou will support the successful delivery of projects, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress and ensuring that project objectives are achieved.Responsibilities are expected to include:Coordinating project activities, programmes and deliverables.Managing relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.Monitoring progress, identifying risks and resolving delivery issues.Supporting programme, cost and quality management.Maintaining project documentation and reporting on project performance.Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.About YouYou will have:Experience in project management within construction or the built environment.Ideally, previous data centre project experience.Alternatively, experience in utilities, power, substations or complex MEP fit-outs.Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.The ability to manage competing priorities in a technically demanding environment.MB
