Associate / Senior Associate Commercial Manager – Water75,000 - 85,000PermanentCentral London, LondonCommercialTransportConrad Consulting is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager at Associate or Senior Associate level to support major water-sector programmes.This opportunity will suit a commercially experienced professional with substantial NEC expertise and a particular strength in contract formation and procurement strategy.The RoleYou will contribute to commercial strategy and contractual arrangements, supporting the development and implementation of contracts across complex projects.Responsibilities will include:Supporting contract formation and the development of contractual arrangements.Advising on NEC contract mechanisms and commercial risk.Working with project teams to develop robust commercial strategies.Supporting procurement, tendering and contract negotiations.Identifying and managing contractual risks and opportunities.Providing commercial advice to clients and stakeholders.Supporting effective contract administration and change management.About YouYou will have:Approximately 10 years of NEC experience.Strong commercial management and contract formation experience.Experience working within complex programmes or infrastructure projects.Water-sector experience, ideally.Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and analytical skills.Working ArrangementsLondon-based, with an expectation of working at the client office or site one to two days per week.TS
