We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Construction Agent to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering complex civil engineering and construction projects nationwide. As Construction Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring every project meets contractual, quality, and programme requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and manage construction activities across multiple sites
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme milestones
  • Inspect works to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Identify and resolve site issues quickly and effectively
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
