Take the lead in delivering major construction projects across the UK. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Construction Agent to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering complex civil engineering and construction projects nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on coordinating multiple site activities, solving challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

As Construction Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring every project meets contractual, quality, and programme requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and manage construction activities across multiple sites
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme milestones
  • Inspect works to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Identify and resolve site issues quickly and effectively
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
