We're working with a well-established construction consultancy based in Glasgow to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. You'll be joining a consultancy with a varied and interesting project portfolio spanning industrial, education, data centres, and student accommodation — giving you real breadth in your day-to-day work.
Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Leading cost management across projects from inception through to completion
- Preparing and agreeing contract sums, valuations and final accounts
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and design teams
- Identifying and managing commercial risk throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Strong experience in a consultancy or client-side QS environment
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary up to £62,500 inclusive of car allowance
- 5% employer pension contribution
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
