An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing specialist contractor delivering high-profile roofing, cladding, façade remediation, and refurbishment projects across the Central Belt. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Project Manager looking to take ownership of complex construction schemes within a business known for technical excellence, quality delivery, and long-term client relationships.

The successful Project Manager will lead projects from pre-construction through to handover, overseeing operational delivery, programme management, subcontract coordination, health & safety, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement. Working on live and occupied buildings, this role offers exposure to technically challenging projects across commercial real estate, student accommodation, façade remediation, and specialist roofing works.

This role would suit an ambitious Project Manager who enjoys fast-paced delivery environments, thrives on problem solving, and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of a highly respected specialist contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of roofing, cladding, façade, and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project programmes, sequencing, logistics, and subcontractor performance to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with commercial, design, and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring excellent communication across all project phases.
  • Oversee site management teams and support operational performance across multiple live projects.
  • Drive quality assurance, compliance, and health & safety standards across all works.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Support project reporting, planning, procurement coordination, and programme management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence within the wider business.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within roofing, cladding, façade remediation, refurbishment, or specialist construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of delivering projects within live and occupied environments.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, programmes, client relationships, and operational delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction best practice.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced construction environments.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
