Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting on behalf of a large M&E client who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team, working on projects across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical building services background who enjoys being hands-on, leading site teams and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard.
The Role of the Mechanical Supervisor:
- Supervising mechanical installation works on site.
- Managing and coordinating site operatives and subcontractors.
- Ensuring works are completed in line with project programmes.
- Monitoring quality of installation and ensuring works meet specifications.
- Coordinating with project managers and other trades.
- Maintaining health & safety standards across site.
- Supporting the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish.
Requirements of the Mechanical Supervisor:
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within building services.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical installations.
- Experience working on commercial construction projects.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to manage site teams and keep works progressing.
