Type: Full-Time An established civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Foreman Ganger to supervise site operations across a variety of infrastructure and civil engineering projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Foreman Ganger to lead site teams, ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently, and contribute to high-quality project delivery.

The successful Foreman Ganger will oversee day-to-day activities while maintaining exceptional health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate site operatives.

Plan daily labour, plant and material requirements.

Ensure compliance with RAMS and safe systems of work.

Promote high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.

Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and management.

Maintain site records and daily reports.

Order materials and manage site resources.

Deliver toolbox talks and daily briefings.

Identify operational issues and report to management.

Support drainage, roadworks, earthworks and infrastructure projects.

Requirements Previous experience as a Foreman Ganger or similar supervisory role.

Minimum five years' civil engineering experience.

CSCS Card.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good understanding of health and safety legislation.

Desirable SMSTS or SSSTS.

First Aid.

NRSWA.

CPCS Plant Tickets.

Temporary Works knowledge.

Confined Spaces, Banksman or Abrasive Wheels certification.
