My client is looking for an established Associate Director looking to make that progression in their career.
Interested candidates will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects ranging from but not exclusive to Education, Residential, Student Accommodation, Retail and Industrial. The successful candidate will be expected to grow the team in Edinburgh with full autonomy and act upon any potential business development opportunities.
Requirements of the Associate Director:
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public-sector clients
- Ability to manage/train less experienced members of staff
- A proven track record in business development and securing repeat and new business
- Solid technical competence and service delivery
