Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations from inception through to completion
  • Manage subcontractors, programme, quality, and health & safety on site
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and company procedures

Requirements of the Site Manager:

  • Proven experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projects up to £1m in value
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple trades on site
  • Valid: SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid Certificate
