Who are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ll already have recruitment experience within the construction or built environment sector, with knowledge of areas such as: Civil Engineering House Building Main / Principal Contracting Construction Consultancy Other related technical construction markets
You’ll be comfortable managing your own desk, developing new business and building relationships with clients and candidates.
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to fill jobs.
We want someone who enjoys getting to know their market, developing long-term relationships and building a desk they can genuinely take ownership of.
The office
Our Edinburgh office is based in a modern workspace in the West of Edinburgh, offering a light, open-plan and relaxed working environment.
It’s dog friendly, has onsite parking, excellent commuter links and access to an onsite gym.
