This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected housebuilder as a Supporting Sales Advisor. This Sales Advisor role provides a determined individual with the chance to develop skills and experience, whilst making a real difference in one of the most exciting journeys in people's lives.

The successful Sales Advisor will be part of a small but dynamic team operating across the Central Belt of Scotland. Responsibilities include:

  • Support existing Sales Advisor teams across multiple developments in locations throughout Central Scotland.
  • Assist with new development launches and events and provide double or holiday cover as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider sales team.
  • Use Salesforce CRM daily to record activity and assist in sales progression.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.

No prior experience in property sales is necessary, although beneficial. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as standard. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required. Confident in the use of Microsoft packages.
