We are currently looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to fill a permanent opening with a company located in the city centre of Edinburgh. You will have the opportunity to join a small but very talented team of likeminded professionals.

Interested candidates will have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic projects the city has to offer ranging from Hotel and Retail, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Education and various office fit outs.

Requirements of the Associate Quantity Surveyor:

  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • Experience within a construction consultancy with provable technical delivery experience
  • Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private sector clients
  • Solid technical competence and service delivery
  • Management experience of successful project delivery from inception to handover.

On offer for the Associate Quantity Surveyor:

This position offers a generous salary of between £60,000 - £70,000.
