Our client, a leading international consultancy, is expanding their North West team and looking for a Senior Building Surveyor.

If you have experience in Aviation, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Heritage, Retail or Education and would like to be a Senior Building Surveyor, then this could be the job for you.

Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor

  • Lead the tendering process, including tender invitations, analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive tender reports.
  • Deliver a wide range of building surveying services across diverse projects and sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery for each project.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including drafting specifications, schedules of work, and applying a structured, detail-oriented approach.

Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc Hons) in Building Surveying, accredited by RICS.
  • Proven experience across all core areas of building surveying.
