As a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, you will take the lead on a wide range of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, and public. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own workload, mentor junior surveyors, and build relationships with key clients, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing building surveys, dilapidations, refurbishments, and project management.
