Job Description\ N Conrad Consulting are currently working with an established refurb and fit out contractor who are looking for an experienced site manager to join their team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across Edinburgh.\ N This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in commercial, hospitality or hotel fit-out who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards of workmanship, programme and client satisfaction.\ N
\n The Role of the site Manager:\ N You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.\ N Key responsibilities of the Site Manager include:\ N \n Managing subcontractors, trades and suppliers\ N Coordinating site activities and project sequencing\ N Monitoring programme, progress and quality\ N Ensuring high standardsof health & safety\ N Managing site logisticsand deliveries\ N Liaising with clients, consultants and the project team\ N Identifying and resolving issues on site\ N Ensuring a high-qualityfinish through to completion\ N \n We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and commercially aware, with the ability to take ownership of a project and lead from the front.\ N
\n Requirements of the Site Manager:\ N \n Proven experience as a Site Manager\ N Strong experience within fit-out and refurbishment\ N Ideally, experience within hotel, hospitality or high-end commercial projects\ N Excellent knowledge of construction processes and sequencing\ N Strong subcontractor and trade management skills\ N Excellent health & safety awareness\ N Good communication and organisational skills\ N The ability to work under pressure and meet demanding programmes\ N A strong eye for detailand quality\ N A professional approachwhen dealing with clients and project teams\ N SMSTS\n CSCS\ N First Aid\n \n
