Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:\ N
RICS Accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying\ N 3+ Years post grad experience\ N MRICS would be highly advantageous but not essential\ N Strong experience with pre-contract cost planning, preparing tenders, billing is advantageous.\ N Ambitious and hungry for career progression\ N

Competitive salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience\ N Full APC Support if notMRICS\ N Varied private sector project experience\ N
