This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Building Consultancy team delivering a broad mix of professional and project work across a diverse commercial property portfolio.
You'll work with a range of private and public sector clients across office, industrial, retail, healthcare, education and mixed-use assets, with plenty of scope to develop your career.
The Role Deliver a broad range of professional building surveying instructions.
Undertake technical due diligence, building surveys and defect diagnosis.
Prepare specifications, schedules of work and contract administration duties.
Manage refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the Bristol team.
About You MRICS qualified.
Experience within commercial building surveying.
