This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor looking to take on a leadership role within a growing business.

You'll manage key client accounts, lead complex surveying instructions and play a major part in driving business growth across the South West.

The team works across a varied commercial portfolio including office, industrial, retail, healthcare, education, logistics and mixed-use developments, acting for investors, occupiers, developers and public sector organisations.

The Role Lead the delivery of professional and project building surveying services.

Manage key client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Oversee refurbishment, maintenance and capital works projects.

Mentor and develop junior surveyors.

Work closely with the regional leadership team to support continued growth.

Contribute to business strategy and team development.

About You MRICS qualified.

Extensive commercial building surveying experience.
