A small but growing building consultancy with three UK offices is looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol team. This is a hands-on, varied role within a close-knit business that delivers full-spectrum Building Surveying services across the commercial sector. You’ll be stepping into a key position with real autonomy and influence as the Bristol office continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering a wide range of Building Surveying services across the commercial sector
  • Leading instructions including dilapidations, condition surveys, defect analysis, and general professional work
  • Managing and developing strong client relationships
  • Overseeing projects from inception through to completion
  • Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
  • Working closely with directors to help grow the Bristol office
  • Contributing to business development and repeat work opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
  • Strong consultancy background with broad surveying experience
  • Confident client-facing ability and project delivery experience
