A small but growing building consultancy with three UK offices is looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol team. This is a hands-on, varied role within a close-knit business that delivers full-spectrum Building Surveying services across the commercial sector. You’ll be stepping into a key position with real autonomy and influence as the Bristol office continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering a wide range of Building Surveying services across the commercial sector
- Leading instructions including dilapidations, condition surveys, defect analysis, and general professional work
- Managing and developing strong client relationships
- Overseeing projects from inception through to completion
- Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
- Working closely with directors to help grow the Bristol office
- Contributing to business development and repeat work opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
- Strong consultancy background with broad surveying experience
- Confident client-facing ability and project delivery experience
