My client is looking for an experienced leader to head their building structures team in Birmingham as part of their growth plans for the office. They need someone who is a natural technical lead already working in a leadership role.

You should be a Chartered engineer with excellent communication skills and a commercially astute problem solver.
What will make you stand out will be your strong technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects, offering the ability to deliver high quality, innovative and commercially effective engineering solutions. You will act as a representative at meetings with clients, architects and contractors providing expert engineering advice and developing strong professional relationships.
At this level our client will require you to oversee the efficient allocation of resources, whilst providing technical guidance and mentoring to members of your team, playing a key role in developing the technical capability and future strength of the wider team.
