You will lead design and development across a varied pipeline of projects for schools, colleges, universities and healthcare facilities, delivering high-quality, client-focussed solutions from concept through to technical design.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious architect to shape an expanding Architecture offering within a collaborative practice that values technical excellence, professional development and long-term client relationships.
Project Architect Key responsibilities Lead architectural design and technical delivery across RIBA stages 1-4.
Manage project teams, consultants and client relationships.
Produce and review drawings, specifications and design documentation.
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and sector standards.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to practice development.
Project Architect Essential requirements ARB or RIBA Chartered Architect.
Minimum 5 years post-Part 3 experience in the UK architecture industry.
Proven experience across all RIBA stages - particularly 1-4.
Strong track record in Education or Healthcare projects desirable.
Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop.
Revit proficiency highly desirable.
