Our client is seeking a visionary Associate Structural Engineer to lead architecturally driven, world‑class engineering projects. Responsibilities
- As a senior design leader, you will steer projects from concept to completion, integrating creative structural solutions that push boundaries and deliver engineering excellence.
- You will guide the design, analysis and coordination of complex structures, ensuring every project embodies quality, constructability and performance.
- You will also play a key role in communicating bold ideas and compelling structural narratives to clients, architects and multidisciplinary collaborators, helping to shape the direction of major international projects and strengthen the studio’s reputation for design excellence.
Qualifications
- To succeed in this role, you’ll bring at least 10 years of experience delivering complex, high‑profile projects across a range of materials, and be a Chartered Engineer with IStructE (preferred) or ICE.
- You will demonstrate deep technical knowledge, proficiency with advanced design software, and a strong understanding of UK, European and international building codes.
- You’ll be a passionate advocate for sustainable, elegant and efficient design – a confident communicator who can lead, influence and inspire teams to deliver truly outstanding work.
