Associate/Senior Architectural Technologist (Healthcare)

Associate/Senior Architectural Technologist required required to join a leading, Manchester city centre based Architectural studio to take leadership on modern, inspiring Healthcare-sector schemes. Conrad Consulting are working with a Manchester-based Architectural practice to find an Architectural Technical lead, or Senior Architectural Technologist to join a thriving Healthcare-sector team. This person will be undertaking various senior-level responsibilities and will join the company in a prominent role within the studio. As Architectural Technical lead, you will use your extensive experience in the Healthcare sector to lead the technical design of numerous schemes. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams – including clients, consultants, and contractors, to develop unique Architectural solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, and private medical facilities across the UK. This role will require not only a strong design awareness but also an understanding of the strong technical delivery within the various frameworks governing healthcare environments. Qualifications/Experience of the Senior/Associate Architectural Technologist should include: Architectural degree qualification: Architecture, Architectural Technology, or similar. Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience. Proven experience in a senior/management role. Strong Technical skills. Excellent knowledge/understanding of UK building regulations Proven experience working on Healthcare-sector projects This is a unique opportunity to join a busy team right towards the top of the in-house studio structure.
